Welcome to **BoliMart**, an online auction platform designed to facilitate transparent and efficient trading of agricultural byproducts such as DOC (De-Oiled Cake). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
To access BoliMart’s services, you must create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including business details and valid KYC documents (e.g., PAN, GST, Aadhaar). User verification via email or phone number is mandatory. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
– **Auction Rules**: Sellers can create listings by specifying product details, base prices, and auction durations. Buyers place bids in real-time, and the highest bidder at the end of the auction wins.
– **Listing Cancellations**: Sellers may cancel listings only before the auction begins.
– **Bid Withdrawal**: Buyers are not permitted to withdraw bids during the bidding period.
– **Commitments**: All users are expected to honor their commitments. Sellers must deliver products as listed, and winning buyers must complete payments promptly.
– BoliMart charges a nominal platform fee of 0.15% of the transaction value, plus applicable GST, for successful trades.
– Delivery and logistics charges are borne by the buyer.
– Additional penalties may apply for non-compliance, such as forfeiture of EMD or delayed payment fees.
Transactions on BoliMart are facilitated through a secure escrow system. Funds are released to sellers only after mutual confirmation from both parties. In case of disputes, funds will be held until the issue is resolved through arbitration.
BoliMart employs an arbitration system similar to Agribazaar. Users can raise a dispute ticket via the platform, providing relevant evidence. Our team will mediate and resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
We prioritize data security through encryption, regular audits, and secure payment gateways. User data is collected only for platform functionality and compliance purposes. BoliMart does not share user data with third parties without consent, except as required by law or for partnerships (e.g., NBFCs for credit).
BoliMart is a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any disputes or damages arising from transactions conducted on the platform. Additionally, BoliMart is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical issues (force majeure).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City to be finalized].
